Young Lee specializes in the sale of retail, mixed-use, multi-family, industrial and redevelopment opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles Area. After a successful, 14-year career in the fast-paced world of Investment and Hedge Fund Operations with some of most world-renowned firms like Pacific Investment Management Company, Oaktree Capital, Alcentra, and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, he set out on a new journey to pursue his true passion for Commercial Real Estate. The years he has spent working in Private Equity and Hedge Fund Management has allowed him to hone the analytical skills needed to bring keen insights into the Los Angeles real estate market, as well as the negotiating finesse that brings his clients together to achieve a common goal. Young’s tireless efforts and diligence makes him an invaluable and trusted advisor to his clients.

Young Lee holds a B.A. from the University of California at Irvine in Social Ecology, and is a licensed broker in the state of California. He was also an NCAA Division I Track & Field sprinter at UC Irvine, and achieved All Conference Honors as a freshman.
